I always prefer to build my own AoE servers. Just get some reliable hardware with a lot of disk, install your favorite Linux, install vblade or qaoed and off you go. But if you prefer a more pre-packaged solution you might try one of these.
I haven't used any of these so I can't vouch for them but if you have please leave a comment and let us know what you think. And if you know of other vendors please edit this page and add them.

- I (mk2s) got one of these recently, and it works well enough for $60-$80 except according to a reviewer here(http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductReview.aspx?Item=N82E16817113049) the AOE id is hardcoded to e0.6 I have not been able to confirm this, but I have not found any way to change it. The internal SOC is LW16800 from LayerWalker? http://www.layerwalker.com/products.html
